I can’t install the APK. It says “App blocked by Advanced Protection”. What should I do?

This message means that Google Advanced Protection is enabled on your device. This security mode blocks all APK installations outside Google Play.

• Open your Google Account settings
• Go to Security → Advanced Protection
• Disable Advanced Protection temporarily
• Go to Settings → Security → Install unknown apps
• Allow installation from your browser or file manager
• Install the APK normally

After installation, you can re-enable Advanced Protection if you wish.

I see “Unsafe app blocked – This app can collect data that could be used to track you”. Is this normal?

Yes. This is a standard Android security warning shown for apps installed outside Google Play.

Our software requires access to SMS and network features in order to work correctly as a professional SMS sending tool. Because of this, Android may display a privacy warning by default.

How to continue when this warning appears?

To continue the installation:

• Tap on “More details”
• Then tap on “Install anyway”

This allows you to proceed with the APK installation.

Why is my campaign not starting and no SMS are being sent?

If your campaign does not start, please check the following:

1) Check SMS permissions

• Open Settings on your phone
• Go to Apps → [ SMSsender.app ]
• Tap Permissions
• Enable SMS, Phone, and Storage permissions
• Restart the application

2) Check your SIM card and mobile plan

• Your SIM card is properly inserted
• Your SIM card is active
• Your mobile plan includes SMS sending
• Your phone has network signal

After verifying these points, restart the app and try launching your campaign again.
